What you get
Here's exactly what you get.
- Practical AI and agent-building sessions. Hands-on time with us, building with AI and agents on real work.
- Courses on setting up your AI. Step by step: which tools to use, and how to set them up so they work for you.
- Prompts and skills for specific jobs. Ready-made prompts and reusable AI skills, each built for one job, and how to write your own.
- Shared projects and tools. You work inside the tools we're building for human + AI collaboration: shared project spaces, coding agents and multiplayer environments.
- Games, experiments, and collaborative challenges. You practice what you learn by playing and building together.
- A community of people making things too. Find people who see what you don't, share the work, and co-create projects.
- The hosts, live. Paul Cooper and Max Nachamkin are in Cloud 6 with you 4+ hours a week.
- Cloud 6, open 24/7. A shared online world, so there's always someone to work with.
What we practice together
Three things change when you stop building alone.
- Think with AI, not through it. Use AI to extend your attention, explore possibilities, and challenge your assumptions, without outsourcing the judgment that makes the work yours.
- Build things people can actually use. Move past clever prompts and half-finished prototypes into tools, agents, games, workflows, and projects that survive contact with reality.
- Get better together. Find people who see what you don't. Share the work. Preserve useful disagreement. Use AI across the group without losing the thread.
How we practice them
5 steps, on real work.
Intention.Get clear on what you're actually trying to change: who it's for, what they need, what should be different.
Leverage.Let AI make you more capable. Use agents where they help. Keep the direction in human hands.
Reality.Make something another person can touch, then let reality improve the idea.
Judgment.Know what to trust, and what still needs a human. A person decides what becomes real.
Collaboration.Build with people who make the work better. Divide the work between humans and AI, then ship.
Your hosts
Paul Cooper + Max Nachamkin
Paul CooperPaul explores how humans and AI can coordinate without giving up human judgment, building systems for agents, governance, collaboration, learning, and shared meaning.
Max NachamkinMax is a longtime builder and former SaaS founder focused on making ambitious AI systems actually work, in product design, engineering, infrastructure, and real-world workflows.
We're building Cloudworld while we use it. You won't be entering a finished theory. You'll be joining a working world that gets better as real people build inside it.
Is it for you?
Be honest about this part.
Questions
Quick answers.
How long is it?
Your $500 covers 2 months of access. Cloudworld itself is ongoing, and you can stay on with a monthly membership after that.
When does it start?
It's ongoing. You can join and start taking part whenever you like.
What does it cost?
$500, paid once, for 2 months of access. Nothing is charged until you confirm on Stripe's payment screen. After the 2 months there's an ongoing monthly membership, price coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@transformationagency.com within 7 days of paying and you get all $500 back.
Will there be any extra costs?
You'll need an AI provider, such as a Claude, ChatGPT or Grok subscription, if you don't already have one. Those run from about $20 to $200 a month, depending on how much you want to build with AI. If you're completely new to all of this, the courses walk you through choosing and setting one up.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. The courses move at your own pace. The hosts hold office hours at various times, set by what members need and want.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you have experience with AI, great. If not, that's fine too.
What do I need?
A laptop or a phone, and an AI subscription: Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
Are the courses live or recorded?
Pre-recorded, and interactive inside the game world, so you can move at your own pace.
Where does it happen?
Online, in Cloud 6, the collaborative building layer of Cloudworld. It's open 24/7, and Paul Cooper and Max Nachamkin are in there with you 4+ hours a week.
What do I actually get?
Practical AI and agent-building sessions, courses on setting up your AI, prompts and skills for specific jobs, shared projects and tools, games and experiments, and a community of people making things too.
Do I need an idea before I join?
It helps, but it doesn't need to be finished. Step 1 is getting clear on what you're actually trying to change, and the people around you help with that.
Will AI do the work for me?
AI makes you more capable. You keep the direction, and a person decides what becomes real. If you want AI to decide for you, this isn't for you.
Who runs it?
Paul Cooper and Max Nachamkin, who run Transformation Agency. Their bios are above.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe emails your receipt. Then you meet Wizard Joe, our guide, and he gets you set up.
What happens after the 2 months?
You can keep going. There will be an ongoing membership for a monthly price, with office hours, Cloud 6 and new content. Price coming soon.
