1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Transformation Agency LLC (transformationagency.com), 1500 N Grant St #10739, Denver, CO 80203. “We” and “us” mean Transformation Agency LLC. By paying for or taking part in the AI Learning Cohort (“the cohort”), you agree to these terms.
2. What you get
Your payment gives you 2 months of access to the cohort. It includes courses, prompts, skills, games, access to a virtual lodge that is open 24/7, and live time with the hosts. We may improve or change parts of the cohort as it runs.
3. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
4. Price and payment
Two months of access costs $500, paid once through Stripe. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment. After the 2 months you may be offered an ongoing monthly membership; its price and terms will be shown before you pay for it. You are responsible for any AI tools or other services you choose to pay for yourself.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund of the $500 if you email support@transformationagency.com within 7 days of paying. After 7 days, payments are not refundable. If you are refunded, your access to the cohort ends.
6. How to behave
Treat other members and the hosts with respect. Do not harass anyone, break the law, share other members’ work or private information outside the cohort without their permission, share your access with someone else, or try to disrupt or break into the lodge or our systems.
We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules. If we remove you for breaking them, you are not owed a refund.
7. Who owns what
Your work is yours. You own what you build in the cohort. By sharing work in the lodge or in a session, you allow other members and the hosts to see it and give feedback on it.
Our materials are ours. The courses, prompts, skills, games, videos and Wizard Joe belong to us. You may use them for your own learning and your own projects. You may not resell them, republish them, or share them outside the cohort.
8. AI tools
The cohort teaches you to use AI tools made by other companies. Those tools have their own terms, and they can be wrong. You are responsible for what you type into them and for checking what they produce before you rely on it or ship it. That is the point of the cohort.
9. No guarantee of results
The cohort is education. We do not promise that you will earn money, finish a product, or achieve any particular result. What you get out of it depends on what you put in.
10. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The cohort is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the cohort is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell current members by email. The version in force when you paid applies to your refund rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
