1. Who we are
Keep Your Judgment and the AI Learning Cohort are run by Transformation Agency LLC (transformationagency.com), 1500 N Grant St #10739, Denver, CO 80203. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Transformation Agency LLC.

2. What we collect
When you visit these pages. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags in it, we keep those tags so we know which page sent you.
When you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and card details. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and how much you paid. We do not receive or store your full card number.
When you take part in the cohort. We collect the information you give us, such as your name or display name, the messages you send, and the work you choose to share in the lodge and in sessions.
When you contact us. We keep your email address and what you wrote so we can answer you.
3. How we use it
We use your information to take payment and give refunds, to give you access to the cohort, to run the cohort and its sessions, to answer your questions, to keep the lodge safe, and to understand which of our pages people come from.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the cohort, and only what each one needs: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (fonts), and the providers of the tools we use to host the lodge and the courses.
Other members of the cohort can see what you post or share in the lodge and in sessions.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
5. AI tools you use in the cohort
During the cohort you will use AI tools made by other companies. What you type into those tools goes to those companies and is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one. Part of what we teach is how to decide what is safe to share with an AI tool.
6. How long we keep it
We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep cohort and support information for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@transformationagency.com. We will answer within 30 days. Some records, such as payment records, we must keep by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy law. We will honor them.
8. Children
The cohort is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell current members by email.
